Quality

The quality department TGB Group Technologies, its main function is to ensure compliance with the quality policy established by the company, focused primarily on Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

Quality Control coordinates the quality in the production process and manages the technical customer service, preventive and corrective actions.

 

Quality Assurance, takes care of compliance with national and international regulations related to the activity of the company and integrate into the production process and administrative part depending on customer requirements.

 

To achieve this, services and processes TGB Group are governed by the International Standard ISO through the System of Integrated Quality Management (ISO 9001: 2008).

ISO (International Standard Organization) is a certification that ensures quality based on these regulations aimed at improving the management of the company and its results.

ISO standards are recognized worldwide and are awarded after the company submitted an assessment of the way they work and their level of customer satisfaction among others.
